Well it's February and still nothing to report. Sad isn't it? We tried to send another package to Davis but the orphanage is no longer allowing those to the foster family. So we just wait for any tidbit of news to come our way. We wonder what is going on with all the cold weather and snow over there. Most of the homes do not have heat because the government shuts off the heat in winter and air in the summer for most of the day. I just hope Davis hasn't been sick. The government has been giving out blankets and such, but it does make me wonder what they are really doing for those people. Well spring is just around the corner. I have high hopes! Here's a picture of Davis. He looks like a little old Chinese man, lol There are several pictures that we have received where he has his hand up to his ear. I wonder if that means he has earaches. Hmm...
